• Absolutely. We allow members to bring guests and we treat them like members. Although if you plan on bringing the same guests on a regular basis or more than 2 folks in with you then things start to change.

• Guests are defined as occasional visitors -- not regular colleagues, collaborators, or teammates. We ask that these guests get their own memberships.

• No. Guests must be accompanied by a member.

• If your guest is coming on a regular basis, we ask that they get their own membership.

• 1-2 guests at a time is acceptable. We don't have limits on X guests per month, other than as addressed in the first question. If you’ve booked a meeting room, then you can obviously bring the amount of guests the room seats. We do ask that your guests don’t linger in the club space before/ after the meeting for too long. This is out of respect to other members.

• No. Guests must be accompanied by members at all times.

• You can bring your dog with you if it meets the requirements! Certified service animals are allowed in our spaces, but otherwise you and your dog must stay outdoors. That includes coming into the space to get a drink. We want to be as respectful as possible to other members with allergies and other issues.

• At any of our outdoor spaces. Dogs are not allowed inside unless they are certified service animals.

• You can access all of that via the membership dues portal

• You can change your card on file for membership dees via the membership dues portal. If you'd like to change your card on file for purchases in the club just check with the clubkeep on duty and they'll take care of you!

• Reach out to us at “hey@switchyards.com” and we’ll take care of you. If you do cancel your membership and wish to rejoin the club you will have to start at the back of the waitlist.

• Yes. Switchyards membership gives you access to ALL of our locations.

• All locations are 24/7… open all the time.

• Private meeting rooms (Club Rooms) are available 24/7 at some of our locations. Book a room at switchyards.com/rooms.

• Private phone booths are available at all other locations and bookable at switchyards.com/rooms.

• Nope. We don't have any printers, fax machines, or other office machines like that.

• Billing begins as soon as you fill out the form for membership dues payment.

• We do not allow full meals inside the club. Snacks are totally cool, popping out to grab something at a local restaurant is cool, but bringing the proverbial “leftover fish” certainly isn’t and is something that we’d like to avoid. In this case, that fish may be a sloppy burger, a big ole pub sub, or some leftover lasagna.

• Punch Card Coffee is our first-ever medium house blend. Italian Soccer Internet Cafe is our deliciously dark roast coffee. Decafalon is our decaf blend. All three are special collaborations between Switchyards and our friends at Radio Roasters, based in Avondale.

• All phone booths need to be reserved before using. Phone booths can quickly be booked at switchyards.com/rooms. We just ask that members be respectful by keeping calls within the booking as other members will be waiting.

• You will receive a check-in reminder email 30 minutes before your reservation. You will have until 10 minutes after the booking starts to check in. If you do not do this, your room reservation will be canceled and can be rebooked by another member.

• Unfortunately we can’t give ETAs for when folks will get in, as things can change quickly! Numbers and places quickly become stale when folks are being brought into the club.

• Yes. We don't make any exceptions here.

• If you're taking photos on your phone/ camera or a quick video then sure! If you're looking to set up a camera, tripod, lights, or anything like that — Then no. This is so that we can ensure all members of the club have space to work and are not distracted by filming / photography shoots.

• Our meeting rooms Downtown are a great spot to set up for a quick session without distracting other members!
