• Absolutely. We allow members to bring guests and we treat them like members. We do ask that recurring guests consider membership, and ask that quantity of guests be kept to a reasonable amount (roughly 1-2 individuals).

• Guests are defined as occasional visitors -- not regular colleagues, collaborators, or teammates. We ask that these guests get their own memberships.

• No. Guests must be accompanied by a member. Guests may not stay in the club after the member they arrived with leaves.

• If your guest is coming on a regular basis, we ask that they get their own membership.

• Roughly 1-2 guests at a time is acceptable. If you’ve booked a meeting room, then you can bring the amount of guests the room seats.

• Certified service animals are allowed in our spaces, but otherwise your dog must stay outdoors. That includes coming into the space to get a drink. We want to be as respectful as possible to other members with allergies and other issues.

• You can access all of that via the membership dues portal.

• You can change your card on file for membership fees via the membership dues portal.

• You can cancel your membership through our Member Hub or by reaching out to us at hey@switchyards.com.

• Yes. Switchyards membership gives you access to ALL of our locations. More locations always on the way!

• All locations are 24/7, 365… once we open our doors, they never close again.

• Private meeting rooms (Club Rooms) are available 24/7 at most of our locations. Book a room at switchyards.com/rooms.

• Private phone booths are available at all locations and bookable at switchyards.com/rooms.

• Nope. We don't have any printers, fax machines, or other office machines like that.

• Switchyards merch is a coveted good - be on the lookout for opportunities to secure yours! That said, each club comes stocked with free stuff like stickers, buttons, coasters, and more!

• If you've left something in the club, shoot us a note at “hey@switchyards.com”! We’ll take care of it. Include the phrase 'Lost and Found' in the subject or body of your email for the quickest support.

• We do not allow full meals inside the club. Snacks are totally cool, but bringing the proverbial “leftover fish” certainly isn’t and is something that we’d like to avoid.

• We have the best roasters in each city we're in roasting the highest quality coffee. For more about our coffee partners, check out our Coffee page here.

• All phone booths need to be reserved before using. Phone booths can quickly be booked at switchyards.com/rooms. We just ask that members be respectful by keeping calls within the booking as other members will be waiting.

• You will receive a check-in reminder email 30 minutes before your reservation. You will have until 10 minutes after the booking starts to check in. If you do not do this, your room reservation will be canceled and can be rebooked by another member.

• Club Paper is a little tabloid thing for and by the members of Switchyards. Submit your stuff at switchyards.com/clubpaper. They're yours for the taking!

• Unfortunately we can’t give ETAs for when folks will get in, as things can change quickly! Numbers and places quickly become stale when folks are being brought into the club.

• Yes. We don't make any exceptions here.

• If you're taking photos on your phone/ camera or a quick video then sure! If you're looking to set up a camera, tripod, lights, or anything like that — Then no. This is so that we can ensure all members of the club have space to work and are not distracted by filming / photography shoots.
